Come explore the ancient technique of water marbling! In this hands-on experience, we will guide you in the process of floating paint on water to create a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art. Your custom creation will be printed on a 14” x 72” silk scarf. All supplies included plus care instructions. First time offered at Koi Zen. Taught by Alison Palasciano owner of Fluid Colors Silk Art. Wine is available for purchase.

About Alison Palasciano:

As a former advertising executive, I found contentment and stress relief in painting. The simple act of mixing colors would instantly put me at ease and a creative spark would ignite.

A few years ago, I stumbled upon the technique of water marbling. I became enamored by the magic and tranquility of this ancient process. The colors move and swirl together in the most intriguing ways and one simply needs to "let it flow". This led my husband and I to found Fluid Colors Silk Art. Our goal is to inspire others to unleash their creativity, regardless of age or skill-level, and have fun while doing it.
