A blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, Malbec & Petite Verdot
This is the 5th rendition of our Baby B series. In this blend, We combined 4 different varietals.
Each varietal adds layers of interest, complexity, and flavors to produce this full- bodied wine.
On the nose, one can sense red, black, and blue fruits with a touch of spice, herbs, and candy.
The flavors complement and are integrated with smooth rich tannins balanced by natural
acidity. The wine was aged for 30 months in French oak barrels giving the wine a silky-smooth
rounded flavor profile we hope you enjoy.
